How Call in Studio Works / FAQ
How Does Auto-Recharge Work?
If you set your account to 'auto-recharge', that means that when your account balance falls below your 'Recharge Threshold,' your credit card on file will automatically be recharged the 'Recharge Amount' you've selected.
Note that if you adjust your Recharge Threshold greater than your recharge amount, or your balance falls below your recharge's amount's ability to bring your balance above your Recharge Threshold, we will recharge the amount necessary to bring your balance up to your current Recharge Threshold plus your Recharge Amount.
Example: Your balance is $30. You change your Recharge Threshold to $100 and your Recharge Amount to $100. As a result, you will be charged $170 bringing your balance to $200.
