Professional Monthly Billing

We offer a professional monthly billing option for our customers. Accounts are billed monthly to a credit card. If you're not familiar with our pricing, see our pricing page. Professional monthly billing terms:

Monthly Billing Terms & Conditions

• $650 one-time setup fee (non-refundable).
• Downloadable monthly statements.
• No monthly minimums.
• Unlimited standard support.
• Direct access to a dedicated support engineer.
• First year of support and billing included. Renewal thereafter: $249 annually.
• No long-term contracts; cancel at any time.

Credits & Billing

• A 10% bonus credit is applied when usage exceeds $150 in a given month (excluding setup/annual fees).
• Monthly usage is charged on the first day of the following month.
• Usage less than $25/mo will be carried over to the following month.
• Usage reaching $500 in a given month will be immediately charged upon reaching that threshold. Threshold limits may be increased by contacting support.

Payments

• Your credit card will be securely stored and used to process all charges.
• Failed credit card charges must be resolved within 48 hours.
• Account usage may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
